By Insights is live. Navigate → Insights in the app opens a workspace board that shows the whole bookmark library at a glance. This release note covers what is on the screen.
Your library at a glance
The header sets the scope. A workspace picker chooses the workspace. A range picker chooses the time window, 12 weeks is one of the ranges. The count line reads Demo · 36 links visible to you · last 12 weeks: workspace, count, range. Five KPIs sit under it: Links, Folders, Dead, Opens, Storage. Two tabs split the board, Overview and Concepts.
Needs attention
Needs attention is the board's action list. Four rows:
- Dead links: saved URLs that fail their health check.
- Never checked: links whose health has never been verified.
- Never opened: saved links with zero opens.
- Going cold: links that had opens once and none recently.
Clicking a row filters the board to the links behind it.
Tags across folders
Tags across folders is a matrix: tags on one axis, folders on the other, cells counted in links. Clicking a cell filters both dimensions at once. Where it's stored pairs the same idea with health: folder × health bars, and clicking a bar scopes the board to that folder.
Where each concept lives
On the Concepts tab, the concept flow maps where each concept lives. A concept fanning into many folders is a filing problem. A folder fed by many concepts is a junk drawer. Unfiled links count in the flow.
Kept, or clutter?
Kept, or clutter? plots age against opens and sorts links into four shapes:
- Hot: links opened recently.
- Evergreen: old links that still get opens.
- Fresh, unread: recently saved and not opened yet.
- Dead weight: old links with no opens to show.
Chart or table, every panel
Every panel switches between its visual view, Chart, Matrix, Flow, or Plot, and a plain Table. The visual view shows the shape. The table names the links behind it.
